    What work/repairs have you had to do to your machine? Is there anything that is a continual issue with these machines? Have you found anywhere that has been of any help as far as parts? Or mainly it's taking parts off salvage machines. Do you know how many hours yours has?

    I recently applied for my Dot number and have been getting the calls from the compliance companies they say that I need to have driver qualification file for all drivers (I am the only driver). Do I need to have a file on myself? I am in the state of PA. Thanks

    Thanks guys. I like Tags idea of the hydraulic hose over the wire. It has the plastic wire loam on it, but that's not going to help much if it gets pinched. The hydraulic hose was something I hadn't thought of.

    So I recently bought a 20 ton eager beaver trailer and the license plate is mounted to the support leg on the ramps the factory position, on the eager beavers at least, is like is shown in this image I found online the problem with it being mounted there is whenever the back of the trailer drags...

    Thanks for including the diagram. Once I looked at it it reminded me that there is a compucheck fitting to check oil pressure on the oil filter housing so I'll probably get a compucheck fitting for my gauge and go that route. Thanks again for the response.

    Looking at a dump truck with a Cummins L-10 engine oil pressure gauge appears inoperable in pictures. So I'm wondering if there is a easy spot to tap into with a manual gauge to test oil pressure. Engine is electronic. Truck is not local to my area.
