MTL Attachments- not a good experience...

I don't own one myself but I have my eye on the Jenkins super duty brush mower. I think they're prices are always better suited to me unlike the more notable brands Erskine, Quick Attach, Blue Diamond, or Virnig where a lot of the cash is going into their logo. It's not high flow and you will...

Need lighter dump bed for a Chevy 3500

Running a 2018 crew cab chevy 3500 daully, its a chasis cab model so it has increased bed length and stickered for a slightly higher gvwr with a 11ft steel dump bed with folding sides and a venco hoist, thing is a monster. It weighs way too much for this truck and takes away axle weight for...

John Deere 332G Skid Steer DEF Fluid Life Before Going Bad

I think the def has a 6-12 month life span depending on climate. One of the diesel mechs (I think) on this forum recommended I flush the tank out every 6 months with distilled water to clean it up. My 333g manual also says that using distilled water to flush out the system is fine. I The problem...

Help removing final drive cover on John Deere 333g

Thanks for the tip, I believe I re-assembled it with the washer staying in place fingers crossed. I got it apart with almost no issue, the oil level plugs are in the cover. we used a tool pick to pop the cover off and didn't take much force. Not a fan of the seal, I feel it could easily become...

Help removing final drive cover on John Deere 333g

Would like to know how to remove the final drive cover on my john deere 333g. I am replacing the snap rings and seals. I believe I need to apply force on the cover in order to spin and unlock it but I don't want to ruin it. Thanks!

Deere 326e and 333g quick attach pins sticking

Anyone have issues with Deere quick attach pins not fully releasing from attachments? I'm constantly getting things stuck because the lock pins don't fully open up, they stay sticking into attachments by about 1/2 inch. Both my machines have this issue.

    Deere 333 vs Kubota 97-2

Gotta do this on my 333g, thanks for reminding me! I have the 333g and I personally like it but my purchase decision came down to price and availability. I couldn't find any clean low hour machines with good price tags in my area for Kubota and when I seen this Deere loaded with every feature...

Controlling an attachment flow rate with throttle? JD 333g

I will contact Erskine to see what they say I'm not worried about the gpm because I will just have standard flow enabled but the psi I could see a problem. You make a strong point so I'll look at all the options on new units next winter and see if I can find some good paying driveways.

Controlling an attachment flow rate with throttle? JD 333g

So it looks like this blower was spec'd for a bobcat 863h at 3000 psi. Guessing that means it wouldn't be a smart idea to run on either of my machines? Would suck if that's case. I am up in the woods near the Arrowhead region of MN so we get a good amount of snow but not near town.

Controlling an attachment flow rate with throttle? JD 333g

The blower is an older erskine 2418 84 inch width and is "high flow". Good point of the psi, my 333g is at 3450 on the manual so I will have to see if I can find some specs on this blower. Yes it has a case drain and it is considered a "high flow" model. When I say it uses 30gpm I mean the...

Controlling an attachment flow rate with throttle? JD 333g

Thanks for the info. Ideally I would match my machine with a unit that fits my gpm range but right now my budget doesn't cover a perfect match. I am always worried about trash and dirty oil contaminating my system so I will definitely be flushing out the old stuff and examining for fragments and...

Controlling an attachment flow rate with throttle? JD 333g

Hi everyone, I have a john deere 333g and am possibly acquiring a used snow blower that uses 30gpm. My standard flow maxes at 25gpm and 40gpm on high flow obviously. I was curious if I can achieve the maximum gpm of the blower by running at a lower throttle with high flow enabled or am I risking...

John Deere 320D Foot control valve

Yes, while manually pushing/pulling the rods on the valve box(I don't know technical term for components) we discovered that is where the sticking appeared to be coming from. I also forgot to mention that the issue is most noticeable when lowering boom, its significantly less noticeable when...
