    Will EX200-5 tracks fit a 200-2?

Same pitch. There can be 2 different bolt sizes for the pads/Links. 18 mm or 20 mm as I seriously doubt any are OEM. You probably have one link taken out of your track so DO NOT take a link out of the new ones. Say hi to Manny when you see him.

    Code ZX50U-5N

Have a ZX50U-5N or a Deere 50G. Yanmar eng. Eng code comes up 7FCC0-00 which becomes a P1444. Nothing mentioned on the Hitachi/Yanmar service manuals but does come up on the Deere 50G Manual (states code not found in Yanmar manual) Description “Use of non recommended fuels or lubricating...

Deere 200clc travel speed stuck in high

FYI. Criteria to get high speed travel. Both Delivery pressure sensors are reading “low” pressure. Both Pump Control pressure sensors are reading “high”. Travel pressure sensor is active. Front pressure sensor is “not” reading. And Hitachi almost always controls the ground circuit. That’s why...

    Link Belt 210-2

Out of my element. Different brand. How do you access codes in a 210x2? Also Is there a diagnostic connector I might be able to hook up to? If so where? I looked around, but it was raining sideways hard at 4 degrees C. I lost my enthusiasm.

How long does it take to get good?

I was a second year apprentice (Heavy Duty Mechanic Canada) we had a very knowledgeable mechanic quit. The position needed to be filled. I asked another mechanic who I respected very much “how long to replace him with all his experience”? He said, how long has he been here? I said 22 years. His...

Turntable leaking badly, how to fix?

Brand new the balls have an interference fit. You press it together. The balls then cut a groove. If you wanted to you can get oversized balls minus 1 but would need to machine. Like I said if the post doesn’t contact the barrel. Just reseal it. Reuse the balls. Taking it apart. Make sure the...

Hitachi ex200-2 boom sticking when warm

If only boom down it’s your anti drift poppet. Common problem. Pull it out and leave it out.

    Hitachi ZX450LC-3

Fan motor fan motor fan motor! Changed at least 20 of these. Not many fan pumps. You probably have changed a couple fan reverse solenoids I bet due to leaking or coming apart. Deere has a case drain spec for the motor. That is bull. It’s a vane motor. Does have a third line but that is just in...

Turntable leaking badly, how to fix?

You have to take it apart the right way so the steel balls don’t score the seal surface. Don’t worry about the groove they balls have made as long as the post is not contacting the barrel.

Turntable leaking badly, how to fix?

As some have mentioned. It’s your center joint also called the rotary manifold or center swivel. Top seal in it is leaking externally and filling up your grease tub. It is the component dead center of the machine. UH083 was the North American imported. Same as “Grey Market” UH07-7. 200 size...

    Case/Isuzu common rail issues

    Zx200 rev problem

Put the dial to full rpm then go unplug your pressure sensors in the pump compartment.

    Another EX100 Hydraulic problem

It’s the angle sensor. When hot they can short and blow the 1 amp fuse. They can also “open”. you get what is happening to you. I used to prove the point with a heat gun and heat just the angle sensor and the same thing would happen.

    Deere 892 ELC Throttle problems

Check the throttle cable. The outer sheath sometimes separates at the crimp and the angle sensor sees different values at P and at idle. Used to go out to these machines with a cable and angle sensor as it was common. Remember on that model every time you press P and the throttle linkage hits...
