The doors open cause heat? I’ve seen more than a few 120/200 with holes drilled in the doors

    120v Switch for 12/24v

Back in the day we had a foot pedal switch in one of our trucks for the Jake. I’ve also ran machines with same switch for breakers. I’m wanting to add the same to ex120-2 for the breaker. My thumb has lost feeling in the tip pressing switch on joystick. Is it as simple as choosing a leg on...

    overheating Hitachi

I’m having similar issues, but while running my breaker. 1) I don’t think that the outfit that set my hammer up has the flow correctly 2) Breakers just dump fluid back to tank, so I might need larger return line. 3) Hammer itself has bad O-rings in valve body letting too much fluid through...

    Thanks to forum

So been having a fuel issue with the EX. Posted a few times. I had a clean banjo screen at the separator, and new fuel filter. Nothing wouldn’t fire up. So started digging on here. Took some time, but got the other banjo screen out under the pump, it was clean. Fuel line is new. Did more digging...

    EX 120-2 injectors

Thanks! I appreciate your info. To be honest just wasn’t using my head that day. The stress of trying to get stuff done and the machine not running was just a bit frustrating.

    EX 120-2 injectors

Well answered my own question. I let them soak with trifow, then taped them and the broke free no issues. I must have had a warmer motor than I thought when I broke the first bolt. In fact the broken bolt spun out, so lucked out and will not need to replace the injector. I’ll redo the fuel...

    Hitachi Ex120 Problem

Sorru about your machine. You might want to start a new thread or go over 1 step at a time with pictures. Lots of great help here, might take some time to sort your issues.

    EX 120-2 injectors

I have the infamous half a tank issue with my 120. I went and cleaned the top banjo bolt filter and then replace the fuel filter. Still a no start after priming the pump. Well in my infinite wisdom, instead of fueling up the machine, I thought I’d crack an injector, well it cracked, the bolt...

    Ex120-2 Greaseable Pin

So drill down the center then drill hole on the outside of the pin into the center? The pins I see online have bigger “slots” on the sides.

    Ex120-2 Greaseable Pin

The thumb has grease fittings, so the ends of this pin get grease, just nothing in the stick.

    Ex120-2 Greaseable Pin

Yeah no zert in the stick. The pin is just a cut pin, it’s actually a bit to long. Has a welded 1/2 round stock one end and a hole with a bolt on the other end.

    Ex120-2 Greaseable Pin

On my EX120-2, there is a thumb installed by PO. The stick/bucket pin is therefore longer, and there is no way to grease it. Any recommendations on where it get a pin with a greaseable end zert? Looking over the interweb, most sites are kinda vague, so if someone has a real person they’ve...
