So put the clean cooler back in, made no difference, still heating, the truck seems to be down on power a bit too which has slowly getting worse, I've gone all over the air intake making sure everything is clear and turbo is spinning. I put a fuel pressure gauge in line just out of the filter... -

So it had the bolt holes in the track frame to take guards, but it was a wreck so I needn't worry about it :) -

Rock guards track guards what's the difference. Im use to having a full length track guard on a dozer inside and out, holds the chains on the rollers when on steep sideways angles like when battering banks down, we keep the wear strip built up so they are a snug fit against the chain -

Yip great advice, I appreciate everyone's input. After its back together and its reverse flushed if it's still being naughty I will re vist the heat gun and look to measure that pressure in some way as discussed -

Ok. So it has two gauges, one on each head, one electronic and the other capillary, both read within khooey of one another. I have tried the heat gun on the radiator and engine ages ago, I found it jumped around a lot with the different metals and painted or not, wasn't good for much imop -

Ok thanks will do. Water pump has to come off for flush. However we have done the water pump recently, it was perfect
