    If the local building codes are like here in upstate sc you probably will have to pour the walls which is pretty expensive most of the concrete basement installers dig the hole for the basement themselves so they don't have to rely on someone else's digging just my experience............:beatsme

    Blew a hydraulic line on my 2004 953c bbx had to add 5 gallons of aw32 to get the machine on the lowboy to get home to drop shields and repair turns out the oil I added had some h20 in it. Got the line fixed. Now what do I need to do to cleanse the hydro system of the h20 contaminated oil

    Most of the builders in this part of the world want all jobs to be hourly rate so they can ride in and put the hurry up on you. Which is one reason I got away from house builder work. Hard to clear any $ at hourly rate.
