Brake lights on at key on are because park brake is set. Clearance switch for outer roof lamps only is a Mack thing. Spider thingy is fiber optics to glow the switch legends. Follow to common point, remove lamp socket, and replace bulb.

Main power relay is suspect. Everything you say "works intermittently" is fed by that relay. Headlamps are not. Looking through glove box, relay is left of fuse panel, on firewall. I've changed quite a few. The tattletale is no blower when other stuff quits.

2002 CAT 305 RIGHT SIDE PILOT VALVE

Silly me...I assumed that the correct part number was listed. Here's the correct breakdown. As you can see, both versions use the same part number seal at the common leak point.

    TL10 V2 Battery drains.

At my new employer, I've been handed a TL10 V2 that'll kill the battery in two days. With all fuses in cab pulled, and the alternator removed, I measure 1.2 amp of draw. After 30 minutes, it'll drop to 0.8 amp. Gonna go through the schematic tomorrow. Just seeing if someone here has...

On one of mine, #9 loosened and broke the stem under the boot on the plunger switch. Simply unplug the switch and jumper the plug?

    Takeuchi TL130 Wireing Diagram

Remove the filter housing closest to the fuel tank and physically verify that the inlet isn't restricted by debris. That inlet has been restricted with debris on all 3 TL150 here as well as on my SVL75 & SVL75-2. Once cleared up, I add a NAPA 3972 or equivalent inline screen between the tank...

    Removing large bushings

We always just weld a few rings around the inner bore, eat a sandwich, then tap them out.

John Deere 6415/4045 engine running rough, need help!

On all my Deeres, the separator filter has an add-on water bowl. There is an Oring that goes on top the bowl, to mate with filter. If it's missing, it'll suck air under load, but, not leak fuel when the engine is off.

    CAT 345C Excessive vibration

Our 345C also lost one piston on one of the pumps. Same issue, very violent shaking and little to no hydraulic power. Ours, however, had never been run out of oil or even run low on oil.
