Bolt torques on a Deutz TCD2.9L4

Does anyone have bolt torque specs for a Deutz TCD2.9L4 engine used in a Cat 5500 lb telehandler? I'm having trouble finding a workshop manual anywhere that has the specs in it and was wondering if anyone can help me out?

    Case 1840 Loader Drop Issue

Unfortunately it's not a linkage issue. Linkage is good and tight and greased up and moves freely.

    Case 1840 Loader Drop Issue

So I'm working on a Case 1840 skid steer that has a loader problem. Haven't worked on these much so this one I need a little help on. It is a late model 1840 with a late serial number. Has the issue with the loader dropping when you move the lever slightly in the raise position. Has lots of...

CAT 257B Track Skid Loader Interlock Issues!

So I finally have figured out all my problems. The no start issue was the bad lap bar sensor. The interlock issue was the work tool detent coil which is located under the boot of the right hand joystick. Apparently it was shorted out. Unplugged that and all my problems went away! Got a new one...

CAT 257B Track Skid Loader Interlock Issues!

Got my new armrest switch and installed it. Machine now starts as it should so that took care of that problem. But unfortunately I still have both park brake and seat belt lights flashing. So I'm going to check all solenoids and wiring going to them and see what I come up with. Any more...

CAT 257B Track Skid Loader Interlock Issues!

Hey we're on to something now! Jumpered G985 and 202 and now it starts! But I still have both flashing lights. If I have a bad seat bar switch could that be making the lights flash?

CAT 257B Track Skid Loader Interlock Issues!

So when I check continuity at the plug at the ECM I don't get any continuity at any of the two wires with the armrest up or down. So I jumped G984 and 202 and got continuity down at the ECM but the machine still will not crank. Am I doing it wrong?

So I cannot get any continuity on the seat bar switch. I would like to jumper the wires and see if it works. There are three wires going to the switch and I am wondering which ones do I jumper together?

    Kubota SVL95-2 Codes E026, E027. No start.

No need to worry your heads about this issue. I got a clue from a Kubota guy. The new wiring harness has all new fuses installed but not relays which I never realized and never took the cover off to check. Put relays in and of course the issue went away!

    Kubota SVL95-2 Codes E026, E027. No start.

Hi. I have a 2016 Kubota SVL95-2 that is throwing E026 and E027 codes which I understand is no communication with the ECU and ACU controllers. It has a new wiring harness in it due to a small fire starting in the engine bay. There is no voltage on the CAN high and low circuits which I believe to...

Volvo A35 Haul Truck Drop Box Speed Sensors

The machine serial # A35V2400. It is a 1994 model. I replaced the SE55 sensor and also a cracked air line at the solenoid and now the machine seems to shift from high to low okay and drives. My tachometer on the dash doesn't work though and could that lead to a faulty engine speed sensor?
