    What's your hoe doing?

Haha I forgot he says that! I am in debt on this one. Those weren't the only mishaps on the job. It all started with forgetting to pin the B&W turnover ball hitch. Now added to pre-departure inspection..... Checking the hitch pin.

    What's your hoe doing?

I bent my outriggers unloading mine without raising them. I also broke the exhaust off at the manifold connection. Stupid is as stupid does I suppose. Looks like I have some more work to do. Other than it worked great to load some heavy items at an estate cleanup.

By far the best tool addition to the garage....My PK12000 Palfinger Knuckle boom crane! She's still a work in progress, but temporarily mounted and putting in work. Videos are up on the channel if anyone's interested in learning more about the shenanigans.

    Ratcheting or Snap Binders?

I was so smitten with my first set of peerless racheting chain binders and ended up buying an additional set. I have eight now and they are awesome! The folding arm allows you to work them into tight quarters. It's the only way for me!

I have a few new tools. Most recently I installed a new regulator/gage set on my set of torches. I saw these while on a job site and I needed a new set. I opted for the same model because it is made in USA! Harris branded #Merica

    IH Payloader 515

I passed on this opportunity. The difficulty of part availability combined with the price tag talked me out of it. It could have been fun though!

This is a great video! I watched it previously and it identified all the major components. Though I didn't catch how the axle shafts are retained in the axle housing. I didn't see a flange at the ends, but maybe it was hidden. C clip inside at planetary gear set??

    IH Payloader 515

I saw a unit for sale with a broken rear axle. Does anyone have any incite on how readily available parts are for these old rigs? Does anyone know how the axle is retained in the inner planetary gear set? Does anyone have an idea on the value of a broken unit; running and functional...

I think the flat free pneumatic style / looking tires are great replacements. I installed a few on my small generator last year. No more tiny tires popping off the bead!

I tried changing my garden tractor front tires without one last year. It turned into a real poop show....I ended up buying the tire changer and it's an amazing tool. It makes tire changes a breeze and I smile everytime I use the tractor without having to inflate the tires first.

Well I wanted a Hypertherm, but settled on an import plasma cutter instead. I only ran a few test cuts just out of the box. The cut quality and initial impressions are pretty good! However the operator needs some practice and the shop setup needs some upgrades; air and power. Time will tell...

I was just talking with someone two days ago about getting some cordless impacts. I would also like a 3/8" drive M12 ratchet and a angle die grinder M12. I just learned about the die grinder from a YT video and they look pretty darn handy!

I cleaned my deck a few days ago and Dad stopped over with a cool new tool! I never used one before, but after trying it out I'll never clean concrete or deck boards again without one. Check it out in action on this week's video if you're interested. The Simpson pressure washer scrubber...

If you don't have one already get a stand for it. I used my first saw on the ground or a temporary bench. A dedicated stand with work supports makes a huge difference. Mine was cheap $100 (or so), portable, light and it folds up for storage.

Awesome! I wish I had space for something of that size. It's a beast! Does the front press plate hinge outward? I have never seen this model / version.
