Track issue on a 312b
I agree with Nige, to stop having track issues its a good idea to reseal swivel every 6000hrs, If your machine is around the 10000hr mark and never been resealed then definitly do the swivel, you will be suprised how good the machine works after doing this- dmact

Anybody Experience with Shantui Dozers
Done a few repairs on SD32 and never had trouble with parts ( D155 Komatsu ) Bigest problems are quality of metal, o ring and hoses and quality control at manufacture, too many loose hoses and bolts. They do have a place but I think money beter spent on Komarsu or cat, Also had a bit to do... -
