    Hi Everyone, Looking at buying a Galion 103 grader. It has been sitting for some time and the engine is locked up. I think I'm going to pull the engine and rebuild it. It has an International 450 Gas engine S/N UU591052. The grader has S/N MG 13242. Any info on this machine would be helpful...
