    Hydraulic Oil...Mixing, Flushing, Types

Oil sample is a good idea, I had not thought of that. Dealer says AW46 is what it wants. I plan to flush with the 32 and not worry about it

    Hydraulic Oil...Mixing, Flushing, Types

That is great information, thank you. Is there any reason I shouldnt run the ISO 32 and go for 10w30 instead if thats what Case calls for? I need to call the dealer as I can not find that information anywhere. It sure smells like hydraulic fluid in it.

    Hydraulic Oil...Mixing, Flushing, Types

Howdy, I have been reading up on hydraulic oils and am left a bit confused. Can ISO 32 and 46 be mixed? How about AW and an ISO variant? I have a Case cx36B and have no clue whats in it currently. I want to top the system but may just drain the tank and replace. Having said that, I wont get the...

Who do you have insurance through?

I ended up speaking to my insurance agent and they claim the mini would not be covered for comprehension while on the trailer just liability if it hurt someone. Not sure I agree with that so need to pull my actual paperwork and check.

    Case CX36B Hydraulic filter location

Thinking this should have been posted in the smaller excavator section. Can someone move it? I found this, and it indicates its possibly in the hydro tank? Although another diagram shows it on the completely different side of the machine. I am starting to think its in the tank itself but too...

Awesome project Coastal! I loved reading your build thread a few years ago on the F450 DT360 swap. Love to see the updates coming on this (and any other cool projects you have).

    Case CX36B Hydraulic filter location

First time positing here but have enjoyed reading for many years. Recently purchased a 05 Case cx36B and am working on servicing it (have ordered manuals but do not have them yet). Curious if anyone knows where the hydro filter location is? Its a cartridge style one, not a spin on. For the life...
