    pump gear fluid

I've been running 15w-40 in all our ZX Hitachi's for years. Even switched to Old EX700 over, it didn't get nearly as nasty after switching.

    Desperate for a service truck

My current truck is a custom 14' Carco and I love it, it has tons of room and still stays dry during western Wa winters even after 10 hard years. I would love to have a T370 with the exact same setup that I have other than adding a 10k crane instead of the 8k I have now.

    Desperate for a service truck

Thanks for the info, I was real hesitant to look at AT trucks since the last one I drove was an old school Allison that plain sucked. I haven't been around too many Maintainer bodies, glad you like it. It gives me another one to consider. I'm not in a hurry at all since my current truck is still...

    Desperate for a service truck

Joe, how's she treated ya the last year? I just got the go ahead to find a new truck for myself and was wondering if you were happy with your setup? I'm looking for a T370. Is yours a 300hp PX-9 w/ 6 spd AT? I'm pretty partial to 9spd service trucks but most new ones are autos. Chad

case 580 super l hydralic pump breaking coupler bolts

I doubt you not rushing them would have any bearing on a court decision at all. I would understand a delay if it was a new machine that Sonsray had to work with Case on to repair a factory flaw but it's an older machine that was messed up in-house. I would have expected a proposal in under a...

case 580 super l hydralic pump breaking coupler bolts

How long have you been waiting on a decision from them. Realize it costs them nothing to drag their feet and ignore the problem. While it is costing you in rental fees and lost production every day. I would be calling every day until they gave me some info if it were one of our machines.

    Gold Rush D10

I agree Parker is a pretty arrogant but he is young and has a lot to learn about leadership. He still has plenty of time to grow up. As for operating equipment, how many 18-19y/o kids do you know that could walk in and make a living as an operator? Most kids I know of that age can barely...

Looking for Photos I can use in my textbook

I have a Deere 750C in the shop with the cab tilted. I'll try and snap a pic tomorrow.

    Deere 650D LC final drive.

Not even close. All 3 are substantially different in size.

    Pin Drivers

My favorite for big pins is a piece of 2.5" hot rolled round bar about 40" long. You don't need a hammer and works great for bucket or stick pins. Other than that I have a selection of what you described. Smaller round bar with handles welded to them. That's the tool that weeds out the sissy...

    Workshop Organisation

We built a mezzanine so I can rat hole all my crap away upstairs and not clog up a bay. We have a 4 bay shop but 1 bay doesn't have a door so it was a perfect spot.

New Cat 416 tools and impact size?

I have never been a fan of using an impact gun on cylinder nuts. If I can't get it with a 1" breaker bar and cheater pipe it goes to the hyd shop to be removed with the cylinder bench. A 3/4 gun should do most everything else on that machine.
