Bobcat 873G lift and dump functions not working.

I suspect you are going to be tracing wires to the controller. Hopefully someone can provide a wiring diagram Service codes: https://f01.justanswer.com/TomcM28/e301b516-7f04-4cbe-a9b0-bce459b71791_bobcat_fault_codes.pdf

Bobcat 873G lift and dump functions not working.

Do you have any error codes? Did you cause the oil to flow to the tilt cylinders with the joystick? You would wan to look up threads for Bobcat AHC issues. You have two joysticks with sensors that need to be in neutral when it starts, and two valves that require a specific potentiometer...

Volvo ECR58D Ease up on the hammer!

Assuming its similar to our 60, we almost never run full throttle (red on the screen), usually dial it back one or two clicks. My biggest gripe is the boom swing, the thumb and swing are controlled by the same rocker on the joystick, and you push a button to switch between the two. Its easy to...

License cost new trailer, truck GVW issues

He is incorrect, you are correct. You many want to ensure the registration is for GCVWR, cost is the same. Our registrations (in PA) state both separately, GVWR and GCVWR. If someone was picky, not sure its necessary. Trailer seems light at 8500. Our 10 ton tilt deck is 7000.

will I kill my truck or someone else? DT/466 GCVWR?

As someone who also has a single axle, 33k dump, it is painfully slow with anything around and above 15k on the trailer. It will do it, safely, given the airbrakes. These trucks are slow with 9 ton in them. I have found you will run out of power before anything else (brakes or GCVWR)

    Wacker RD12 questions

Hydraulic filter is inside the plastic screw cap on the tank. Be very carful when re-installing, its a PITA to remove if the plastic hex breaks off. If it is overfilled it will come out of the brass breather on the tank when warm. Sounds silly, but lift the scrappers off the roller and move it...

    Tag Tilt Options

We bought a Felling FT-20-2T this year, be it smaller then what you are looking for, I can comment on the tilt. It is nothing more than a hydraulic cylinder with both ports tied together with a glorified ball valve. You would not be able to load two machines with this set up. We ended up adding...

    Trailer buying advice for midi-excavator

Its hard to spend that kind of money on a 20 year old trailer, when you can get an entry level trailer (kaufman or econoline) for a little more. Trailer prices have been nuts for the past few months. Steel is way up and supply is way down.

    Volvo excavator hyd functions control

Hi Uffex, How would someone connect a cleaning system to flush the system? I suppose the aux port for a thumb would get most of it, aside from the drive motor circuit? Just curious, Thanks,

2003 John Deere 320 wont start after new fluids

I have the same machine, once you get the right filter on, with the hand pump on top, it can still be a pain to get the system bled.

bobcat 773 down on power/fuel related

It really sounds like it’s sucking air or not getting enough fuel. Does this Kubota have a mechanical lift pump? It would be mounted on the side of the block. I would recommend trying to isolate the problem. Run a line into a can, to a cheap 12v pump, then straight to the filter mounted on the...

bobcat 773 down on power/fuel related

Fuel pickups are a common issue Mine would run fine full and get progressively worse below 3/4. G series but probably no different.

    Bobcat AHC Issue 773G

It did, the computer was not cheap, around 1,300. I would encourage you to try all of the troubleshooting listed in this thread before replacing it.
