shipping plates were always a weak point with that model with rear tilted boom cylinders. after that model the shipping points were moved forward with longer cylinders for better mechanical advantage. doubt if there is base section damage other than shipping plates. can be repaired and line... -

the roof section would be a good candidate for a spreader beam. the four cables you have lifting ii are pulling the structure together. truss assemblies don't like lateral loads but are designed for compressive forces in line with the truss. they tend to fold up easily when you push on the weak... -
