    Perform engine learning after repair. Should be able to do so by turning key on and dial to 100% waiting 10 sec then turn key off wait 10sec and turn dial to 0%. Start engine and test operation.

    MG725, first series of Snap-On guns that are worth a F*#>. Excellent gun and strong as an Ox, Mac has a new one coming out that is suppose to be even better than the MG725

    I was going to say the same thing about HPCR systems they are just a high pressure pump and usually some type of electronic injector. Lube oil is only for lubrication for High Pressure pump and/or extra cooling. I've seen a few techs not tighten the oil line to the high pressure pump and it...

    Replacing Pins, Bushings etc., In Older Equipment.

    Just replace your bushings, line bore if bore won't hold bushings tight. Replace pin, as far as I know manufactures don't have different size pins or bushings to compensate for wear. This of course is most expensive route, but the only route I've ever taken. Also most pins are heat treated

    I would have dealer check the injectors on this unit, check to see if its still under warranty. As an OEM application like you have here it should be 2 years.
