“Reverse Engineering” of certain Parts for Local Mnf - often Superior to the OEM standard at lower cost.
Direct liaison with Customers in order to analyse needs, ensure correct Parts are quoted and supplied according to Machine requirements (Serial Breaks) and maintain healthy business relations.
Breakdown (VOR) situations. Parts can be “stripped” from Stock Machine or arranged with the OEM via Express Freight.
Direct Contact with Branches and Agents to ensure Accuracy of quote and supply to their Customers. Full control of Branch Stock Levels. Execute, authorize and monitor IBT's
