    If you punch in and out at the same location daily and do not fill out a log book more than 8 times in 30 days you are not required to use electronic logs.

    Where to find Hevy machinery transport companies

    Do not use USHIP if there is any value to the equipment to be shipped, if you need an example of why, watch the the tv show "Shipping Wars". Since you will probably need a double drop deck you will need to find a more specialized carrier. Try Landstar, Universal Am/Can or Keen.

    Putting it under you leg doesnt work, it works on radio signals. Only way to beat it is to take it out of the truck or wrap it in tin foil. Use to run the I-pass for toll roads and it worked the same way. Would wrap the darn thing up in a ball of foil and throw it under the bunk to be sure.

    1995 Freightliner FLD120 Tandem Axle

    Its called ProDriver. Mine didnt have a manual so i just started pushing buttons to find out everything it would do. You cant really mess it up by messing with it unless you select the "ok" promt to clear or reset something. I just left mine on the screen for the fuel rate.

    They have them signed off by the State Police because K.C. doesnt have anyone certified to sign off on them. I worked for a shop on the south end of town building trucks for cities around us and the shop was cetified to sign off on the documents for a incomplete chassis once we were done...

    Series 60 problem

    Not sure what fuel filters you have but i had one with the replaceable cartridge with the plastic cover. Right after having a service done i had the same problems, found that someone hadnt cleaned the cover seats and replaced the o-ring which was causing the system to lose its prime.
