    Exclamation warning light

    Warning light.... Seen alot of alternators go out on these with early hours so check your voltage while it's running with all lights,radio etc. turned on. If the oil pressure sensor goes out the light would stay on so probably not that. It won't cost much to have a tech. hook up and check for...

    Other reasons for cavitation are worn pump, worn charge pump or hardened internal seals in the pump due to overheating. Flow comp. valve limits flow to implements if more than one are needed.

    Fuel tank.... Sounds like the stand pipe in your fuel tank has a crack in it near the fuel level in the tank. Either that or you don't have enough fuel in the tank. Remember that this tank is mounted on the side, not in the rear like most machines. My guess is that the pipe is cracked near...

    Problem with tracks on an old Hitachi

    Frozen track pins. You do need an assistant as you heat the track pins to the point of redness, the tracks need to be rotated at the same time. Only work with one pin at a time until all move freely.

    digging over drive motors

    Also better to dig with sprockets at rear if something comes the front glass and hits the levers you will back out of it instead of going furher into it. The front idler system springs are there to absorb the external shock during digging also.

    Just try heating them until they just turn red at the pin boss and have some rotate the tracks while you heat them.
