Started as a Commercial Fisher in AK in the early ‘80s after being given the boot from College due to the lack of academic progress due to too much hunting, fishing and skiing. After going overboard twice in the period of a month and the havoc the Exxon Valdez wrecked on us in ‘89, and marring rh love of my life, returned to school in WV. After a stint in the campus computer department, and a run as a contractor on government accounts, I started and Internet Access company and built out access to Western MD and the Panhandle of WV. Got out just b fore th dot com crass in 2000 and spent th next 15 years traveling the as an intergration specialist aligning acquisitions into the company portfolio. Two years ago I woke up and decided my heart wasn’t in living on airplanes and hotels. I gave the suits to Goodwill and traded up to a pair of boots, hi vis tee shirts, and an F350. Having finally sold the house, we are just about ready to move into the camper where I’m building our place on th hill outside of Berkeley Springs. Carla, my wife, is putting up with it, as long as we have a fire in the fireplace by the first snow. Needless to say, sleep is not part of my schedule. I’ve building my machine barn first, for my Kubota m7040 and a Bobcat 442. I look forward to the next chapter in the book of life.
