    I agree to, i rarely see them being used while its so quick to set up.. Otherwise you usely get those sacked corners and you need to spotfill those up. Where usely on the edge(critical point) its not the best to start/stop the weld. Its easy and quick to use.

    Hi, its Carcoxplus 400. Its a bit in the middle off a Hardox 400 with the weldability of a Weldox 500. The shear normaly is a forged piece off steel with HB off 450+/- We go down a bit on the inserts just to prevent cracks and 400 is hard enough to do a good job.

    today i've been working on a smaller concrete demolition shear. it needed some new teeth, had some new inserts machined and welded them in today. hopefully i can get back on it on Friday. the knife holders need some building up and i need to weld some spots when the shear is standing upwards...
