    580 Super E replacement seat

Several years back, I bought and aftermarket # B94116 from Coleman Equipment. (Maybe $110?) I had some issue with the bolt (metric maybe?) but it was no big deal. Coleman no longer has these, but might be available elsewhere. This option does not have the arm rests. I also worked forever...

    580SE Hydraulic Pump Coupling

Remember this old post? Well I think those splines in the 1st post finally failed. I do not have it off yet but I can hear it chattering. This was after I tried to pull up a Walnut Tree stump, and it was under lots of load. I did get about 60 hours of run time on these worn splines. I have found...

Steering wheel pee... Case 580 SE

Is this for the 580 Super E? I am looking at the parts page and do not see this number. Does the main pedestal frame not have to be removed?

    580 se brakes

The important S/N is underneath just inside the right rear wheel. Is that where this came from? It may need to be 8 characters. Is the emergency brake a disc on the outside that you can see?

    Weak Hydraulics on Case 580SE

Go here... https://www.heavyequipmentforums.com/showthread.php?26776-Case-Engine-Side-Panel-Latches&p=589196#post589196 My hydraulics is still working as normal, but I still want to check the pressure. Someone suggested a piece of seal maybe was dislodged and made it's way to the relief valve...

    Case Engine Side Panel Latches

I got them from Reid Tool, now Essentra. Part # SC-37011 http://us.essentracomponents.com/shop/en-US/essentracomponentsus/flexible-pull-t-handle-draw-latch---keeper-1078537 And I did make them work. Mine called for a Case # D121323. I had to grind off some rivets and did not use all the parts...

    Weak Hydraulics on Case 580SE

First, Thanks to all that responded. My help has yet to show up so I accidentally fixed it myself without knowing much about what I was doing. First, I screwed the whole thing off without touching the locknut (3/4" wrench) and 1/4" allen in the end. Oil was running out as I looked quickly not...

    Weak Hydraulics on Case 580SE

Yes it's segmented. I do not understand why you say I have to buy a new one. Attached is the complete pdf for the assembly. It shows a kit, but I am not sure what parts to order if we can't get some trash out to make it work. From the diagram it looks like I can take it all apart...?

    Weak Hydraulics on Case 580SE

"easy"... :drinkup I'm still waiting on some help from a dude with the gauge. Maybe I'll have to go buy one. I think mine is slightly different from your diagram, but I do see what the relief is. I assume I am being told to check the pressure and if it's low, just screw the valve out and...

    Weak Hydraulics on Case 580SE

Wow. I hope to not take all this off. I do know it's a Case loader valve as on page 406 of the parts. (G109580)

    Weak Hydraulics on Case 580SE

I have a fellow coming that does have a gauge. He talked about checking the pressure at one of the stabilizer ports? I suspect the pump, but maybe not. I do know my splines are worn. I already know I do not have 3000 psi at any RPM. I took the cover off the loader valve yesterday; that sure is...

    Weak Hydraulics on Case 580SE

We just repacked the 2 loader cylinders. I did add about 2 gallon of fluid that was lost. Afterwards it seemed all OK for about 30 minutes, but now the loader will not raise at times. It's worse after the machine warms up. It's most noticeable when the empty bucket is on the ground. More...

    Case 580B 1974 - replacing the radiator

Some radiator leaks can be fixed by a radiator shop. It might be worth a try. Otherwise look at this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/A39345-Case-IH-Backhoe-Radiator-530CK-570-580CK-580B-/320765913767 I ordered one from this place for my Case 470 tractor, it was $425 I think. No problems so far in 3...

    580SE Alternator Fan Loose

Well I have not checked alignment.. :Pointhead I have the loader cylinders off being rebuilt so I can't crank it for a few days. I'm worried that this vibration may be related to the hydraulic pump shaft. I'm running on a worn splined shaft as per this thread link below. Back then I asked...

    580SE Alternator Fan Loose

That's exactly what I used to tighten the nut. The 580SE used 2 alternators, but I think it's the D121831. http://www.colemanequip.com/Case-W11B-Wheel-Loaders-Parts/Electrical-System-4x/D121831-ALTERNATOR-09hl/ I can't tell from the drawing exactly what hold the fan, unless it's just squeezed...
