Help me pick a loader for my application.

While I love Volvo wheel loaders, older deer 544e are solid machines. Also for the price, Case loaders are cheap and solid. A ramp will be needed to load the trucks though. Perhaps a bucket with grapple attached can stack and load for you. As far as grading, I don't consider that a wheel loaders...

    Volvo Wheel Loader DPF Solution

As I also own Volvo loaders and have experienced the dpf issues, did just re programming solve the problem? What else was needed? My knowledge is you can delete the regen off gone ecm, but the filters need to be cleaned, removed or punched out. Is that right?

    Tub grinder hydraulic issue?

Is some other part stuck/jammed up? Can you manually do any function?

Terex wheeled skid steers - anyone using them?

While I don't see them around the Wisconsin market, for the right price don't hesitate & buy it. In snow removal, you can have a top brand, but Sunday night at 11pm none are all that quick to get out onsite when basic problems come up. If the bugs are worked out should last several years doing...

Hydraulic pump win!! in shop rebuild success

Glad to see what you fixed! Will make me think twice before we let a shop tell us something is junk. (We run mulch blower trucks which use lots of hydraulic moving parts)

Proper Tire Inflation for working compost on dirt pad

While we mainly run blower trucks, compost is an product we stockpile & use thousands of yards a year. Our 2 loaders are volvo L70e & L90g. Since I just checked pressure & filled a tire yesterday, the pressure I run on the L70e is 60psi front & 55 rear. Cuts as you describe are also a problem...

    Bellly dump conveyor?

Are you looking for a belt trailer? Check western trailers. We run belt trucks for mulch without many issues, but maybe someone else can answer if they work for lime.

    Stone slinger trailer

[ATTACH]154085[/ATTACH They are a nice idea, but solid support For the unit is important. I own multiple blower trucks including the one EB used for display at "world of concrete" this year. The tech & back end at CAS/EB is what we appreciate

    Vacuum Truck Question

While I'm not a vac truck expert, I do own several blower trucks that run off similar systems. Typical PTO configuration is 8 bolt continuous use heavy duty units. All my trucks are dual PTO set ups. When turned on, idle of truck stays 750-800 rpm depending on motor. While blowing, but vac...

    CAT 3126: looking for opinions

Ive owned several and while injectors, leaking water pump, turbo etc, have needed addressing, the motors are decent. While dated now, you'll be ok buying it,

How much work is there in Wisconsin?

Shawno is a great area, but you may need to look within an hour or two. Try Musson brothers out of Rinelander or James Peterson Corp. Big companies that you might find easier to get into and build up experience. I'd look Greenbay area as its within an hour drive. What type of work are you...
