    I couldn't find a serial number but I did find the Product ID Number, N4M402832. From what I understood of the repair manual the safety interlock is tied into the EIC. As in if I remove my seatbelt or leave the seat the brakes come on and the foot peddles lock up. As for when the break comes on...
