    Case 440 self leveling problems

The left switch is for turn signals if used, if the top switch has just 2 positions, then it is a on or off for constant flow with pressure from the male coupler. If the bottom switch has 3 positions, pushing on the left side will pressurize the female coupler and pushing to the right side will...

    Case 440 self leveling problems

Left handle controls the hydraulic functions on the front of the boom. The right handle controls the functions of the front electric connecter.

    Case 440 self leveling problems

KSSS is correct about the operation. I field installed the self leveling on my 420 and it didn't take much time to learn how to use it.

2008 Case 440CT-3 Skid Steer good or bad?

My early 440CT has C block tracks and I can spin them at a dead idle. It really does not need 89 horse power but I like having it.

    1845c external hydraulics

I have no specs for the 1845C but the 1835C has a flow of 16.4 GPM and a pressure of 2250 PSI. You can rum any standard flow machine. You would have to run your engine faster than the newer machines to get the same result. Forget the high flow, that would take a lot of time and money.

Running a low flow brush cutter on a high flow machine

I don't think you could do any damage to the loader running it at that rpm. I don't run my loaders wide open now.

1845C, needle bearings in drive chain box

How about slacking off the drive chains and then try to shake the drive gear with a pry bar and see if it's got play in it. I would do that first and go from there.

Running a low flow brush cutter on a high flow machine

The only way to know how much flow you have is connect to a flow meter and check it at different engine speeds. The brush cutter I have is for 15 to 25 GPM. The hydraulic motor is only 20 GPM max. I am running more gallons a minute more than it can handle and I had to replace the control valve...

    HTO fluid solution?

I have mixed and matched different oils over the years and had no problems. The 10 wt oil is rated for temps between -10 and 70°, where the 10w30 will work past 112°. I don't see any problems going to rotella,

Case 1840 was cranking over now just clicks

Take the pin out of each boom cylinder and use a chain hoist or loader and raise the boom and lock it up, then slide the cab forward to get to the starter.

Case 1840 was cranking over now just clicks

I would start looking at the battery cables. They can look good but melt the solder on the inside at the terminals. Another area is the connection at the starter where the cable connects. They can come loose or need cleaning.
