I was hauling fill for my sister last year with my 5 yard truck. I go back to the pile and the guy that normally loads trucks isn't back there. The other guy that loads a crusher all day is, and came over to load me. He has a Deere 844, takes a full heaping scoop, and just drops it in until it's flowing over the boards. I had been leaving the pit at 33,000lbs (single axle truck max legal). I pulled on the scale and it shot to 41,000. I went back to the pile, dumped the load and got loaded again. I could see that loader operator breaking a truck like that.

Just saw this on a FView attachment 243612 acebook post.

I bet the mental midgets had the dump trailer hooked to a ball on the rear bumper and not the receiver hitch. If the trailer was hooked to the receiver it shouldn't have buckled the bed like that or there's something else going on the pic doesn't show.

I did notice the bumper and box are still more or less aligned and the rest of the truck seems to be sitting pretty normal.

Bumper should be mounted to end of frame rails--I would guess. What about the guy dressed in his safety construction gear? Wife beater shorts
and beater tank top. Front tires have zero weight look at the camber.

I am sure the loader hand was tying to warn them
The loader hand looks pretty green, IMO. He's on the phone to his boss too. you just sprinkle a little in and then get down and say, there you go! Have fun!
It is easy to load a setup like that without breaking it, and yet have a totally uncontrollable mess above about 20 MPH :D

Local quarry loader was shown the typical overload photos
Stated he had idiot come in for driveway rock, asked him how much where told three to five ton would be fine.
Had a typical rube two axle no brakes tandem 12’ utility trailer with no sides, no tarp to place rock on or any form of side boards.

Told him requirements so would not be fired for loading inadequate trailer and guy went home. Came back with plywood box sides and a new sheet of plastic on floor. Loader sprinkled in enough to cover floor and be safe where customer went ballistic demanded he fill trailer so loader mcalled his boss. Boss said he wants it filled, do it and at weight requested.

Five ton flattened the trailer, popped two of four tires.
Guy abandoned trailer and said he would be in touch, never heard from again.

A lot of the ligjt-duty truck manufacturers make a really light pick-up just for looks to cheapen them up to sell to people who only haul a few groceries but want to look cool while doing it. Also, thats how they get good gas mileage- light truck and small engine. If you need a truck, shell out the cash and buy a real truck. Buy what you need but don't go past the capacity limit(GCWR) unless you are prepared for the consequences
