Help! Had a hydraulic solenoid replaced from rat chew and the trackhoe tilt floor won't close. How many people should it take to close it? We can get it about half way down with sheer brute force but can't get it any farther. Last week we were able to pull it down with additional help but it didn't line up with the bolts behind the seat. The bolts were lined up before opening the tilt floor. Anyone experience this problem?

The lock bar pin is in the storage slot. It looks like the hinge holes do not line up. Like the floor is forward a little bit.

A question... Does the canopy raise up with floor? The mechanic that raised our tilt floor detached the seat bolts where the canopy stayed upright and did not move up with the floor. Would one person be able to raise and lower the tilt floor? It seems the canopy would add weight needed to be able to handle both raising and lowering the tilt floor. Now when you can get three people to pull the tilt floor down, it doesn't line up with the holes to put the two bolts on each side of the seat (the only bolts he removed). The instructions show removing five bolts from the inside top of back engine compartment. These were not removed which looks like the reason the canopy stayed upright.

It looks like the mechanic removed the floor mounting bolts which the instructions say not to.

correct, odds are the floor is a little tweaked now and wont sit down enough for it to sit flat and far back enough.

Yes. They came and pulled the floor back down with a block and tackle. All good now. Will open with the canopy attached next time!
