duetz motor wont start, starter cranks, solenoid on, fuel at filter,no fuel squirten at pumps, just cranks, what am i missin?
i believe this ,as u said above is the problem that lever just flops back and forth like the locking devise is stuck locked, how do i unjamb this?On the BFM1011F, all you have to do is remove the fuel solenoid and it's now in run position unless the fuel rack is stuck. Remove the fuel solenoid and see if it starts. If it does there's a manual shutdown lever next the where the fuel solenoid mounts to shut it down. Don't let it run but for a moment as oil is going to come out of that solenoid mount hole.
maybe broken pump or spring?can it just be stuck from not running?i think this is the problem,if the lever flops back and forth [manuel lever] then lock must be locked in and not springing back? Not really certain what you're describing. All I can say, on the Deutz BFM1011, if you remove that shutdown solenoid it puts the rack in run position. If you stick your finger in the mounting hole, about the 4 o'clock position inside the hole you should feel the plate that the shoe of the solenoid contacts. You should be able to push that plate toward the rear of the engine, then let it go, it should spring back toward the front of the engine. if that plate doesn't react like that you have a problem with the fuel rack.
