John too Stan.Is because he has alot of gear and just cant afford the repowering?That,s a shame,John,s got some good old gear too.
I assume John reached a point he could say f---k this game and quit, about two years ago. John's repowered 51s sold for okay amount.
Ralph's repowered 51s sold for mid $50s, Tier0 51s between $22-30thou and 660s, I don't know.
Ralph's equipment yard in Corona, Calif will sell for okay money, located in a industrial area with easy short distance access to major freeways.

Thankyou Stan,things are real bad with these fires.Mainly eastcoast but that,s were most of the people are and weather is getting hotter,people are dying,another young fire fighter today his wife is pregnant with ababy.You guy,s are over here helping us as are Canadian,s.It is something else when people from the other side of the world come and help i tell you it restores some faith in mankind.Hope you had a merry xmas mate and i hope you have a good newyear Stan.

Thankyou mate,seems its going to get worse before it gets better.Big one,s in Victoria now and they due to the layout of the land i think have bad one,s like probably some of worst in our history have been in Victoria.Worry were running out of people to fight these fires,some have been at it for months.

I've run a mix of the 631's.
One job where I was burning the brush on a freeway job, they had 6 -Bs to run 4 with a 9n pushing. Same company had 4 -Ds not far away sitting idle, but they wanted to keep working the old -Bs.
One morning I showed up to run my excavator, and 4 of them were in some stage of disassembly and repair, and the scraper crew were going back home. They only had two going. That's more of a testament of going cheap on the service though.
