Nice photos. I remember those days of pile driving. I think that is why my hearing is so bad today. No real hearing protection "back in the day".

Gotta love those batters, diesel hammer is great nothing like doing them with the drop hammer leads bucking all over till you get tuned in

My previous Employer when I started had a P&H Magnetorque 100Tonner. Used quite often Corn Queen gas engine got weak so slipped a 4BT into it for chassis power, had a 210 Cummins in the House. Dependable old horse.

The 22B was back at work this week after a couple of years rest. We had a maintenance dredging job in a marina . A narrow barge was the only access without pulling piles and removing floats. Tides allowed us about a 5 hour window of time to load and unload. The target was to do 100 yd.s per shift which we met . Offloading was done by excavator into trucks for land disposal. Looks nice and the price was right. Have you got more boom for it?

I never liked those scissors type outriggers. They are hard to walk up on blocks, because they move in as they go up. Not a problem if you're in a level spot.

Good find !! The positive on those out riggers is the screws ,keep them lubed up and make some quick handles out of 3/4" round bar and they work great. Sometimes better than the straight up n down on my Americans.
