That wheel base is close to 315-320, she's a stretched out machine. Typical of oil field tip-ups nice looking Hayes though. Thanks for posting.

This is off that subject, but there was a guy in Pasco that had a yellow Hayes cabover out by road 100 in the 80's. It looked for all the world to be a Pete 'til you got closer.

You are right RZucker. In 1974 Paccar bought out Mack that had owned Hayes a few years, When Paccar took over they introduced a new Hayes cabover using the Pete COE cab. Standard cab was 86” but even the big 110” were offered, but very few were sold as Paccar closed Hayes in Autumn 1975. When Mack owned Hayes the Hayes Clipper COE´s used Mack´s F-cab just like Brockway. I will post pictures of both type of Hayes cabovers plus Hayes own design.
