No truck shows this year, too many things going on at work also. Yeah that Freightliner had Reyco 102 and at a 280 wheel base it should ride alright.
But my summer time might be very congested, looking like I will add a 35 ton hydraulic boom to the KW tow truck.

Can see a simple four or six wire(could add a drop hitch and plug) to the truck rear, if should happen to go with third member temp sensors can always add a two wire and split at the equalizer. Engine should be pretty straight forward as will the Mack Cab lighting/gauges packages added. Just have to remember a Aux power plug(charge Phone) and a Radio, MAJOR necessity is Tunes!!

The air lines and valves are installed along with three new air tanks, plus the tail lights are wired and installed. Just have to install the hoses from the R12 valve to air chambers.
I installed two Q1-RC valves for anti-compounding. The dash valves will be MV3 with a TP-7 hand valve and a E-6 dual circuit foot valve. I will use the old coe frtlnr cab air
manifold on the firewall.

Wiring will be real simple-using a new harness for a 73 chevy pickup with breakers added and a junction block for major load. No radio, {No CB or wellfare radio}.
Heated mirrors yes. Actually I'm not restoring anything but I'm custom building my version of a old truck. Reason for it is {nobody does those types of challenges these days.
I want a one of a kind when I'm finished, no one else has one. I have never been a follower. After a while I will put it up for sale and never look back.

Thanks for the coffee Farmerlund.

For a good reference on how long the hood will be when finished, the end of it will be about where the center of the wing window is now in the above photo.
No LED lights on rear, had a box of about 40 good used take out sealed beams. I really don't like LED's, in the winter time those lights become pretty worthless
in a major snow/ice storm because they don't create any heat and freeze over, people can't see them. For every action there is a direct and opposite reaction.
