Genie scissors lift gs-1930

I filled the batteries that were actually working, with distilled water and attempted a trickle charge. tried to use lift and got red exclamation point on the deck control. doesnt have any thing at all on code. bought new batteries and installed. when I turn it on the red exclamation point is lit and then green is on the drive button. have no lines or codes or anything on the display. can I reset the computer on this unit ?

What is the serial number of the machine? There are different ways ways that 1930 have been set up over the years.
