Bidding a demo on a 12,000 square ft stick built restaurant. Single story, 3 rooms(2 open dining rooms and kitchen). 11,100 sq ft basement with 9ft walls. All building materials go to landfill, crushing concrete on site to be used as base for new parking lot.
Wondering what a few others would bid it at. I have a number figured up, just not sure I'll be competitive...
A few other details... Demolition will be done with 450 class exc and 135 class exc. Crushing down to 5" breaker with 24x36 jaw crusher.

I think it would be almost impossible for someone to give an estimate without some more details.

I cant imagine it is remotely worth the money to permit and move in a crusher. If that is all the crushing to be done we would be in and out in less than a week... probably only crush for 2 days. I wouldnt put the crusher on a trailer for less than 50k dollars in just crushing.

I would use a muncher on the 450.
