After polishing up a set of wheels for our dump truck, I sure can appreciate all the work going into your rig. Outstanding!

Please tell me that exhaust manifold is Mexican Chrome painted and not hard chromed!!!

Portugee Chrome Painted :D just kidding it's ceramic coated. it's one of the Full Tilt exhaust manifolds. It's so tough to keep exhaust stuff looking nice because it gets so hot and burns everything off and then rusts. Hopefully this manifold stays nice. I'll probably put a turbo blanket over the hot side of the turbo and then everything else will be polished stainless from the turbo back. That's the plan anyways I change my mind like a Chameleon changes color...

That's some slick ceramic, not seen it in chrome before. Hope you can keep it from cracking and looking nasty. Have seen ceramic coated Harley and other ride exhaust, holds up really well.

The truck sure looks nice! A lot of time and $ invested. Best of luck.
ps If this truck will be a show truck will you trailer it to avoid CARB?

I am good friends with Rod & Kevin Pickett, they used a 4 link setup with a panhard bar on their customs.
