Nice compact unit. Look like a jaw between the first screen and the poll crusher. Correct? I'll bet the cloths in the screen under the roll crusher is fun to change!! What is the auger looking thing over the feed conveyor? Do you have another jaw that feeds onto the feed conveyor?

Auger looking roll over the feed conveyor kicks out over sized rocks ? Like the falling rock sign... Clobbered while one is reading the sign.

The auger is what we call a "stone kicker." It does exactly what you said. The height is adjustable and not only kicks large rocks but also clay balls. The plant is a jaw-roll type.

You must have to keep the jaw closed up small enough to feed the rolls to avoid rock slippage due to the wide nip angle. For 1k TPH there must be a lot of free stuff in the pit run.

I think they run the jaw at 2" and the rolls at around an inch.
