Talk to the supervisor, you can get your fine reduced and make payments.

You might get off lucky and they will just tell you what they could have hit you for. We had that happen and we ended up taking a few classes, and hiring someone to make us a safety program for us. No fines and it keeps them off our back.

Just curious..you say you have written safety programs, do you have tailgate meetings/safety talks or is that what you are refering to.

You can file an appeal w/ them and on your hearing date bring your safety manuals and policies w/ you. They will let you know all of the violations that day on your site, yours and everyone elses included. They will also be looking for your Competent Person training and any other training you might have.
