That makes sense then to use the 30 yard cans. How many do you have?

How old is the building you are wrecking? and what kind of furniture did they leave behind?

are you going to crush up the furniture before you load it into the boxes?

I have 4 available for this job it's a single family wood framed house it has all the furniture they had when they lived there pretty much everything has smoke are water damage so they only got there personal stuff out .my plan is to crush everything up with my trackhoe (cat 315) I'm gonna spend a little extra chewing through it to get all I can on the boxes the landfill is only 4-5 miles away but I would rather haul less trips

I demoed a house with my 5 ton and used 20 yard boxes due to power lines and trees. The roll-off guys said I got more in them and less dirt.

That is the sign of a good demo operator.

You want to chew up the material as much as you can, so then you can pack it tight.

Helps to have a big excavator with more power to chew it faster, but a lot of it is up to the skill of the operator.

Sounds like you really know what you are doing!!!

Congrats
