Yes you are right that is my 973, I want to be able to haul our combine and tractors as well, but want to ability to run a jeep as well. Neighbor has a d8k or H and said he would pay us to get it moved whenever he needed between his gravel pits.

There is a nice trailer at the Saskatoon auction coming up in the next two weeks, exactly what I was looking for.

I might give querel's a call and see what they offer for pricing.

Awesome!! Love a 973. I ran a 973 for a big grading company and loved my job so much. I regretted quitting that job for years.

Good luck with trailer.... you didn't say anything about hauling D8's and jeeps earlier LOL

Found out between original post and now. That won't pay for the trailer, so main thing is just get a trailer to haul my machine.

Found a 1958 King triple axle low bed beaver tail, guy wants $18,500. It's still used daily he says, and is in safety.

Seriously, it may be cost-effective to just hire your hauling done, if $35K or so is not in the cards. You can have your machine hauled quite a few times for that.

I never wanted to spend that on a trailer, but if it's exactly what I need and it is in good shape, I may as well get something I won't have to upgrade from.
