Thank you, we build this kind of equipment for small municipalities, parks and campsites. every vehicle we built, truck or trailer, is equipped with an auxiliary hydraulic output to power accessories such as sand spreaders, asphalt heater, winch, trash compactor (we built these accessories too)

We are working to find a shop on site for assembly the trailers. trailers will be shipped disassembled in enclosed trailer
we have also to find a company to built the bins, platform and few accessories, around Reno. transportation costs for such equipment is prohibitive.

We have a trailer that dose up to a 30 yard ( up to 25' long) roll off container. You don't see that stile you show with the hook on the top like that in VA.

A 30 yard roll off container with a top makes a great 5,750 gallon portable water tank that is easy to move around once empty.

The one end of the platform, dumpster, or what ever has a set of 4” by 6” steel wheels this is normally the end that opens if there is a door. The other end has a large hook at the bottom. There is a set of steel box tubing that runs from end to end under the bottom.

The trailer or truck has a set of steel tubes that use 1 or 2 hydraulic cylinders to tilt to around 70*. You take a heavy winch line to the hook on the container. As you pull in the winch you can change the angle of the lifting bed. The tubing on the containers go on the outside of the tilting bed.

Are you able to set container on a dock or load a container that has sunken into the ground with that setup?
I also see people using the type I was talking about to haul sheds around They have smaller wheels on it and I think an air lift on the suspension.
I even have a frame that a 20' sea can sits on so I'm able to move it around. Great for job site office, work shop, and my portable electrical unit (genset with all our electrical control gear). Everything is bolted down and you have to do some clean up before hand or you'll have a huge mess. I'm sure I would not be road legal because of the height.

cable systems are archaic, they require manual handling, planks floor so that the container can roll. all these actions are useless with a hook lift, it is not necessary to pull the container, vehicle, trailer or truck back under the container, the container does not move, very little. No damage to the land. the hook Lift can easily drop a container on a dock. For objects that should remain horizontal we developed the Skip Loader that fits easily on our Hook lift trailers or trucks

I had never seen a good video of a hook lift and never see them around in my travels. Your right on there being less angle. None of the dumpsters I have seen even have the place for that hook.

I did not know the cable system was from the stone age, but I do see the advantages to the hook lifts.

Hook Lift is the next step and will gradually replace the cable systems. In Europe cables have been missing for more than thirty years now, and be replaced by hook lift, more safer and faster ... Low maintenance cost... Don't need to have your knees in the mud to fix a cable...
