Cummins N14 Celect top end

Hi there, I need to do a top end on an N14 celect we have in a John Deere at home.
Am I correct in saying the injectors are finger tight (6lb/inch) then slack off 2 flats (120 deg) ?

Bottom the injectors two or three times to remove the fuel. Torque the adjusting screw to 25 inch pounds. Back off two flats. Torque the lock nut.
