You need a a LaBounty UP30 or 40 it makes quick work of concrete and steel alike, Though this all depends on wall thickness. If you are renting a hammer then you should look into that instead. Though you will need aux hydraulics to run it so you might end up needing to rent a unit as a whole. I can tell you that these units will destroy that build in a matter of a couple days

Anywhere you would recommend renting one of these that it doesnt cost an arm and a leg? Also, the machine needs to be plumbed for two hyd uses. 1 function for open and close, and one for rotate assuming your are using this as a third member attachment.

We did not get to do this project. Had a guy low ball it thats in good with certain ppl. He did the entire project demo, haul off, & filled in the basement for less than I could even knock the thing down. Hard to compete w/ ppl like that.

Sorry to hear about that predatory bidding. Just isn't fair. Wish you had gotten the job and it didn't just go to the guy with connections.

Any more demo in the offing for you?

Yah we've got a few residential demos already lined up to do & a few other possible demo bidding opportunities coming up in the next few weeks. Maybe even a possible hotel demo which is why on another thread I started wanting to find out about recycling concrete to keep the hauling to the landfill to a minimum.
