Yea. You would have thunk the person who who generated these pictures would have removed the bail, push block and rear hook, along with the rear engine.:pointhead

Who ever generated the pictures is a simple graphics artist who does not have a clue what these machines look like in real life, probably has never seen one and would not know what it was if they did see one.

I don't care for that "Playskool" styling. I like the square edge look the the B,E & F series. Plastic has no place in earthmoving.

I actually like the looks of the A's better. The squared off look that came with the B's didn't do much for me. As for plastic, YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the pictures on SoCal can be believed, these scoops have got to be the worst ever design Cat have come up with. They look terrible!

About the only saving grace I can see is some redesign work on the open bowls which may make them a hell of a lot easier to load that the G series. The company I work for has both B and G model 621's and from operating both series I prefer the B anyday for ease of loading. Even they are not as easy loading as the Wabco bowls!

Call me old fashioned, I don't know, but I liked the look of the old A series machines the best
