Cat 320bl engine oil leaking??????

On top of the valve cover there is a breather tube that is leaking some oil. What could the cause possibly be? Thanks.

Do you mean that breather pipe is leaking oil at connection to valve cover, or the breather pipe is leaking a considerable amount of oil out of the end of the pipe?

If I remember the BL correctly, that crankcase vent gizmo simple fits into a hole in the casting of the valve cover, it's sealed with an o-ring. Over time, engine heat causes that o-ring to get hard as a brick and it starts seeping oil. Replace the o-ring seal and it should fix your leakage.
