Komatsu PC220-6 Year Long Ongoing Power Problem PLEASE HELP

Thank you everyone for your ideas, comments, and help. The injection pump should get fixed this week and I'll let you all know what comes about having it put back on.

Hi Jake, if you haven't checked already, since its a sudden loss of power could be the seals on the PC valve are worn. If you haven't done already replace these seals and wear rings. 9/10 we have had similar issues on 120-6 which runs a single pump same way, the wear rings on teh PC valve and the o-rings are worn. So replacing these fixed the problem most of the time.

Hello everyone,

Installed reman injector pump and the problem is still there. It actually has no power and it’s the worst it’s been. Thing is the engine runs great, idles fine, revs up great and runs full throttle but as soon as I perform a function it falls on its face. I think it has to be hydraulic, maybe after putting in the rebuilt pump the valves aren’t set right? I’m almost ready to give up and haul it to the pros. Any last ditch effort is appreciated.
