Pictures don't do it justice for how much has been done already but it is coming along.
Inside picture is the mount for the back seat so it should still be able to fold up out of the way. 20220304_112507.jpg 20220304_112339.jpg 20220304_111310.jpg

The guy doing the work for me at this point has been having some grief with another project he's working on, it's slowed him down a bit but its coming.

An assist for the hood would be a great thing, let me know if you come up with something.

Was watching Rust Valley Restorers and I think they were driving a Grizzly with an assortment of parts from different trucks as they were all different colors. I didn't go back through this thread but maybe there was a pic. of it posted.

I have posted a few pics of the truck and have spoken to Avery.Truck was built out of left over parts by the previous owner. It is mounted on a F-450 chassis and registered as a 2000.

63EED01E-06C0-493F-810F-44B310548446.jpeg Hi,
My Dad owned the Grizzly now sitting on the side of the Highway in Whistler. He had it built by Jeff Buck to travel across Canada in his retirement. He was proud of it being locally built and unique. He drove it all over the country in all conditions. He slept inside while travelling, and being 8 passenger the whole family would pile in and ride around Comox with him.
He asked me to sell it for him in 1999.
I’ll include a picture of it the day we brought it home in 1991.

He had 35x12.50 BFG Mud Terrains put on later, which gave it it’s current stance, looking very tall and impressive.

Being the only passenger model ever built, it truly is unique and deserves to be restored.

Hope you're OK. I starting getting back aches that got progressively worse. ER Dr's. thought it was muscle related as nothing abnormal showed up on x-rays or other tests. The back pain got to be unbearable. Family Dr. noticed blood tests were really wonky and sent me to the ER where they did a more extensive blood tests. The calcium in my blood was off the chart. This is when I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. Ended up having compression fractures in 10 of my vertebrae. I'm sure the cause of your aches will be less severe and more easily treated. It sucks having pain you don't know what caused it. Hopefully you're feeling better soon.

In a strange way it was a relief knowing what was causing my severe pain. Last couple of month's my joints have been aching a lot. Makes it hard to get a decent sleep. Last blood tests show the Myeloma is in full remission so hopefully with time the aches and pains will subside. I need a day's rest for every hour I'm doing anything remotely physical.
