What was the purpose of having a offset cab? Looks alot easier to work on, thats for sure!

Hey,

Thought you boys might like this old piece. It's a 1st series Clark Michigan Tractor Shovel Model 12-b. Motor runs mint, not a clatter, and the hydraulics all work, although needing a couple hoses. Just found a master cylinder, tires have been changed and the fuel system cleaned up. Ready for snow. This summer I'll beat up some new body panels for it. Traded a small lawn tractor for it.
I am about to purchase the same machine can you tell me if parts are still availble and with the smaller rear tires can it drive on grass ?

Nothing beats a Michigan loader. It's tough, robust, and ahead of its time. :)
