does anyone have a good way of estimating silt fence in mountainous regions?
with trees on steep ground by hand?
non mountainous regions?
the same by machine?
Class A?
Class B?
Class C?
single row of each class?
double row of each class?

material cost?
labor cost?
machine cost?
combined cost?

trenched by machine and put up by hand?

installed with a silt fence machine behind tractor or skid steer and stakes and clips done by hand?

how much to add above labor, machine and cost?

how much to add above costs for small jobs?

how much to add above costs for large jobs?

any other outlines and factors that need to be added to this list and figured in?

thanks!

we do mostly single row silt fence... the stuff thats already put together. we use our dingo with a trencher to trench it in and 2 guys come behind to put the fence in and backill.. on average we can do 3000 to 4000 li ft a day.. our soil isn't to rocky in most parts of teh state and weve never had many problems with our trencher...
