Should you tell lie at work? When? How?

Hell, I was lied to by most subcontractors for 44 years and 7 months. Usually the management. After a while you get to expect it. The field guys were usually truthful.

I can ALWAYS TELL when MY BOSS is lieing.. his lips are moving.. he would lie to the Pope or Jesus Christ himself..
Its sickening.. He HATES ME cuz I wont do it.. Now THAT is something I can live with.. and I sleep well at nite.
