New toy arrived today. Menzi Muck A61. Weighs about 7.4 metric tonne. Walking excavator with Engcon tilt rotator. Didn't have time to paint the upper structure before putting it to work, but hopefully do that in next couple of months.

It looks like it is on a quick hitch, so drop it longways on the trailer and track over it. Of you don't have enough clearance add boards under the tracks until you do.

Bobcat looks great. Is that an extending dipper?

Yep...wasn't originally on my want list, but after demo'ing it, pretty convenient. Dealer gave me $2,500 off the option price. Couldn't refuse.

Looks great. Is that a Helac power tilt? I used to have one before the Engcon Tilt rotator. Very handy bit of kit. Do you find the window tint mkes much difference to the cab temperature? How do you get on with it in the dark?

Hi Graham, the Tilt Hitch is a (Miller Power Latch Tilt), made in the UK.
The window tint is pretty much standard here in Australia on a cab machine, the sun is pretty strong and it helps the A/con slightly.

Havn’t Tried that particular one, but the idea is very good and Miller make some good stuff.
Keep contemplating tinting windows on my cabbed machines as they don’t have air con.

2008 JD 27D. Yes, it's dirty as all get out. I just got it home and haven't had a chance to wash it yet after 2000km of winter roads.MwbKaEyDSe6lGdHxj7GfhQ.jpg
